Scope
Flooring, lighting, trim, kitchen and living areas
Materials
Engineered oak, plaster finishes, brushed brass
The goal
Bring the main living spaces together with one consistent palette, better lighting and a more open connection to the backyard.
The approach
We planned the work in phases, replaced flooring throughout, updated trim and doors, and reworked lighting in the kitchen, living and dining areas.
The result
The home now reads as one considered space, with continuous oak floors and a calm, consistent material palette.
